At MedCube Pharmacy, your health and safety come first. As we sell skincare, haircare and pharmaceutical products, the following terms apply to all orders.

Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once it has been opened or used. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.

Unopened products

Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
